Refund Policy

Returns

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged, you may return your purchase within 5 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. All returned items should be in their original condition. Original shipping costs and customs are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@fusionlens.com for arrangement.

Once our returns team has received and processed your request, we will reach out to confirm your return is completed and issue a refund for the returned items.
