現貨產品：
付款後1-3個工作天寄出，發貨會以電郵通知，並附上運單號以便查閱。在旺季或優惠期間，或品質檢查需時，運送時間有機會延誤，敬請原諒。

預訂產品：
發貨時間會個別在產品描述中提供。

海外訂單運送時間：付款時可選不同的運送方式，相關時效請參考購物車內所提供的預計運送時間。

Instock items:
We will dispatch your order in 1-3 working days. Email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking no. provided.

Pre-order items:
Order will be dispatched according to the schedule of individual pre-order items. Please refer to the product description.

Delivery time after order dispatch:
For oversea orders, please refer to the shipping schedule reference provided during checkout.

我們只會退換因生產或配送造成的瑕疵或損壞，請於簽收貨品起三天內電郵發送照片及訂單編號到 hello@fusionlens.com 以便跟進換貨或退款。

請注意貨品必需是未使用的狀態，需退回完整包裝及所有配件。請注意運費及海外稅款不設退款。

We only refund / exchange items if they are defective or damaged, please send us photos showing the defects within 3 days from receipt of parcel.

Returned item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories attached. Shipping costs and customs are non-refundable.
